Grand Atrium. Inspiration's graceful Grand Atrium is an awe- inspiring seven-deck-high space that provides easy access to the ship's many restaurants, lounges and facilities. At its center is Leon Bronstein's Bird of Paradise, a free- form 50- foot-high sculpture that serves as the atrium's focal points.

Rock & Roll Dance Club. The Inspiration offers a wide variety of art-nouveau-themed bars and lounges for exciting nightime entertainment. Included are popular spots like Avant Garde, a vibrant lounge celebrating the cubist art style, and Rock `N Roll, a pulsating dance club featuring hundreds of video monitors along with its own guitar- shaped dance floor.

Paris Lounge. The multi-decked Paris Lounge features two high- energy Las Vegas-style productions. Also featured are a wide variety of singers, comedians, bands and musicians who can be seen performing either out on deck or in one of the ship's many art nouveau-themed bars and lounges.

Rhapsody in Blue. Patterned after the George Gershwin classic and distinguished by its billowing ceiling of sheer blue fabric kept flowing by a hidden mechanism, the Rhapsody in Blue piano bar is a memorable spot to meet friends for casual conversation and sing-alongs in a convivial atmosphere.

Carnivale & Mardi Gras Restaurants. The Inspiration's art- nouveau theme is carried out in the stunning Mardi Gras and Carnivale Restaurants, offering a wide variety of delicious menu selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all in an elegant atmosphere enhanced by large picture windows affording panoramic views of the sea. Menus include Nautica Spa selections, health-conscious dishes that are lower in fat, sodium, cholesterol and calories, as well as special vegetarian and children's choices.

Brasserie Bar & Grill. Distinguished by a design theme of flowing purple tendrils illuminated by neon and stained glass, the Inspiration's casual Lido area restaurant, the Brasserie Bar & Grille, serves up an array of delicious and imaginative selections for both breakfast and lunch, as well as variety hot Italian specialties `round- the-clock in the 24-hour pizzeria.

Monte Carlo Casino. A variety of table games such as blackjack and roulette, along with more than 200 slot machines are featured in the Monte Carlo Casino. Play to win a Harley Davidson? motorcycle or try your luck at MegaCash, a series of progressive slots linked with machines on other Carnival ships. Previous jackpots have been as high as $1.065 million!

Shakespeare Library. A coffered ceiling adorned with familiar Shakespeare quotations is a highlight of the Shakespeare Library, which serves as a quiet retreat for guests who want to curl up with a good book, pen a postcard, play a board game or simply relax.

Pool. Acres of teak-planked deck space are perfect for relaxing, sunning or reading. The Inspiration's Lido Deck features three swimming pools, one of which offers a 115-foot-long, 14-foot-high water slide full of hairpin twists and turns, along with a more secluded aft pool and a children's wading pool complete with its own "kiddie slide."
