- You'll be greeted at the Pisa or Florence airport and transferred to your Florence hotel to meet you Tour Director. The remainder of the day is yours to shop and sightsee at your leisure. - After breakfast at your hotel, join your Tour Director for a half-day walking tour of Florence, including visits to the Accademia Museum (interior), cathedral Square, the Duomo and Santa Croce Cathedral‡. Afterwards, return to the hotel or choose to stay in town for lunch and independent sightseeing and shopping. Enjoy a group dinner tonight at a Florence restaurant. Overnight in Florence. Breakfast included.

|
- After breakfast in your hotel, transfer to the Florence train station to board a train to Rome. Upon arriving in Rome, you'll be taken to the city center. After lunch on your own, join your Tour Director and begin a half-day walking tour of ancient Rome. You'll visit the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, and be treated to an interior visit of the Colosseum‡. The remainder of the evening is at you leisure. Overnight in Rome. Breakfast included.

- Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before departing on a tour of the Vatican City. You'll experience interior visit at St. Peter's Square, St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel‡.
