Maui Downhill Bicycle Cruise: Take part in the world's longest downhill bicycle cruise and experience the excitement of cycling down the slopes of magnificent Haleakala. Your bike adventure begins after a van ride to the chilly summit of Mt. Haleakala, over 10,000 feet above sea level. From there you'll coast over 38 miles through some of Maui's most beautiful scenery to the east side plantation town of Paia. Coasting at nearly 20 miles per hour, you'll follow your tour leader while being protected from traffic by the escort van. A stop will be made for a delicious picnic lunch.

Mauna Kea Summit Tour: Rising 13,796 feet above sea level, Mauna Kea is the highest Island Mountain in the world. It possesses the clearest and most stable atmosphere along with cloudless nights, which is why Mauna Kea is home to the world's largest telescope, the Keck telescope. Your tour begins with a ride through the town of Hilo on the way to the famous Saddle Road and Mauna Kea volcano. At 9,200 feet above sea level, you will tour the Onizuka Center for International Astronomy. After leaving the center, begin the final ascent to the summit where you will experience some of the most spectacular views on the planet. A guided tour will be given of the Keck Observatory where you will learn how this remarkable telescope operates. Before returning to the ship, a brief stop will be made at Rainbow Falls. Valley Waterfall Hiking Adventure: The adventure begins when you join your expert naturalist guide aboard a customized four- wheel drive van for a scenic drive through the historic plantation towns of Kohala. At your first stop, Pololu Valley, the guide will escort you to the Kohala Ditch trail. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, it is considered one of the engineering marvels of the islands. On this fairly level and easy 3-mile walk, you will be nestled in a lush, forested valley and beautiful waterfalls. The trail is carved into the cliff side, a thousand feet above the valley floor and passes over footbridges and hidden water tunnels. Your guide educates you with the area's natural, cultural and geologic history. Experience Kapoloa Falls as it cascades over the trail. Once back in the van, you will be taken to a secluded lookout for a panoramic view of the Pali Coastline, complete with towering sea cliffs and waterfalls. All gear and accessories, including deli-style lunch and snacks will be provided.

Waimea Canyon and Wailua River: This excursion combines a visit to the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific", Waimea Canyon, and a scenic ride up the Wailua River to the Fern Grotto. Your day begins with a drive to Waimea Canyon. From your lookout at 3,400 feet, you'll experience an unsurpassed view of the 2,857- foot-deep Waimea Canyon. The canyon's size combined with the red and browns of exposed volcanic rock and the blues and greens of lush tropical vegetation creates a magnificent sight. After leaving Waimea Canyon you'll have brief stop at the Spouting Horn blowhole. From there you will proceed to the picturesque Wailua River where you'll board a riverboat for a cruise up to Fern Grotto. The grotto forms a natural amphitheater and provides excellent acoustics for the Hawaiian chorus to serenade you with the Hawaiian Wedding Song. A stop for lunch will be made at a local hotel.
