- Hilo, Hawaii
The city of Hilo overlooks beautiful Hilo Bay and is considered the Big Island's most tropical town (because it's overflowing with flowers and plants). Conveniently, it sits right between Mauna Lea, the largest volcano on the planet, and Mauna Kea, the only volcano whose top is covered in ice, so when it comes to amazing sightseeing you're in the right place.
- Honolulu, Hawaii
When most people think of Honolulu, images of beautiful beaches, hula girls and tropical flowers come to mind and, yes, they're all here. But it's also Hawai‘i's largest city, so if you fancy some slick shopping, dining and bright lights entertainment, it's got that, too, along with amazing things to see – Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor and, of course, famous Waikiki Beach.
- Kona, Hawaii
The Big Island is divided in half by three volcanoes. The eastern half is known as the windward side and the western side is the Kona side. You see, Kona means leeward in Hawaiian and that means warm, sunny days year-round. It's perfect weather for sightseeing, so get out and discover the black sand beaches and green valleys or take to the water by outrigger canoe.
- Kahului (Maui), Hawaii
Kahului is Maui's main city, so it's got great shopping, galleries and attractions like the Maui Arts & Culture Center. It's also your gateway to amazing sights. Look up and there's the 10,000-foot-high summit of Mt. Haleakal¯a, look down there are 33 miles of black and white sand beaches and everywhere you look there are rare orchids and exotic flowers, adding to the romance.
- Kauai (Nawiliwili), Hawaii
Think of Nawiliwili as your gateway to paradise, because the island of Kaua‘i is simply gorgeous. The scenery here is stunning, from the forested slopes of Mt. Wai‘ale‘ale to the 3,500-foot depths of Waimea Canyon, cascading waterfalls to quiet beaches – one 17 miles long. Remember the backdrops in South Pacific and Jurassic Park? They were filmed here and that says it all.
