Your adventure begins with a tour of historic downtown Haines including Fort William H. Seward, the first permanent U.S. Army post in Alaska. The towering Cathedral Peaks and Chilkat Mountains provide a scenic backdrop on the way to the golf course, located along the banks of the Chilkat River. Once at the Golf Alaska Links Course, gear up with clubs and a pull-cart and enjoy 3 hours on the course.

The fun and interesting course meanders through a beautiful, wild Alaska landscape. Abundant wildlife complements the amazing scenery with frequent sightings of spawning salmon, bald eagles, moose, waterfowl, mink, otters, wolves and songbirds. Several stations equipped with binoculars are located throughout the course to maximize viewing opportunities of the mountains, river and wildlife. The course was specifically designed to enhance the salmon streams and protect the sensitive wetlands and native vegetation. After your game enjoy a delicious snack before returning to your cruise ship.

Minimum age is 8. This tour is only available on the Sea Princess voyages departing 7/3/09 and 7/23/09.
