	Near Island Trail Walk

Following a short drive, learn about the many uses of plant life on Near Island. The terrain provides the opportunity to view plants in a variety of habitats, including a forest, a wild meadow, a beach and rocky cliffs. Identify plants and learn whether they are edible, medicinal or simply beautiful. Learn how Native people have traditionally used medicinal plants for healing.

Remember to bring your camera as there will be excellent photographic opportunities along the way.

SPECIAL NOTES
Minimum age is 6. Dress warmly in layers and wear comfortable, water-resistant shoes. Length of walk is approximately 2 miles. This tour is not available in September. This tour is available to Pacific Princess passengers only.
