Devil's Bridge & Dian Bay Beach Tour. Enjoy a scenic drive to beautiful Dian Bay Beach and stop at the picturesque Devil’s Bridge — a natural limestone arch formed by the powerful swell of the Atlantic waves.
Board your air-conditioned transportation for the scenic drive to Devil’s Bridge. There will be ample time to admire this wonder of nature and take pictures. Continue on to Dian Bay, one of Antigua’s best beaches, to soak in some of the warm Caribbean sunshine. A beverage will be provided upon arrival and you can relax in a complimentary beach chair under the shade of an umbrella. At the end of your beach time, transfer back to the ship.
Mt. Liamuiga Volcano Hike. Travel to the island’s west coast for a guided hike to St. Kitts’ highest peak — the extinct volcano, Mt. Liamuiga.
Board your transportation and travel winding roads past cane fields and small villages to the base of the mountain.
Follow your guides on this rigorous hike that ascends approximately 3,800 feet to the summit of Mt. Liamuiga. Your route follows narrow trails with exposed roots and rocks through the island cloud forest. After approximately two and a half hours of hiking you reach the summit. Two lookouts offer views of the crater below or, weather permitting, one of the many islands surrounding St. Kitts. Take in the vistas, rest, and enjoy a beverage and light snack before descending. Meet your transportation at the base of the mountain for your return to the ship.
Sea Turtle & Shipwreck Snorkel Tour. This snorkel expedition offers an encounter with wild sea turtles and a visit to a wreck that is home to schools of tropical fish.
Board a sleek, powered catamaran for the high-speed ride to Turtle Bay. After a short safety briefing and snorkeling lesson, enter the water with your experienced guide and swim among the turtles. Then cruise past the island’s secluded coves, cays, and beaches as your guide regales you with some fascinating local history and folklore. Your destination is the wreck of the Berwyn in Carlisle Bay. The Berwyn is home to a great variety of tropical fish including angelfish, butterflyfish, and parrotfish. After your snorkel head for the beach, where you can swim or relax before returning to the ship. Snorkeling equipment including snorkel vest, professional instruction and supervision are included.
Whale & Dolphin Watching Tour. The waters surrounding St. Lucia are home to more than 40 different species of whales and dolphins. Board a specially designed sightseeing boat and go in search of these amazing marine mammals.
Board your specially designed sightseeing boat at the dock and head out on a brief cruise to a site approximately three miles offshore. Here the sea floor takes a dramatic 3,000-foot drop. Your experienced captain and crew cruise for one and a half to two hours in search of such commonly spotted marine mammals as sperm, humpback and pilot whales, as well as spinner, striped and common dolphins. Bring your camera. A complimentary beverage is served onboard.
