- Halifax City and Harbour Duck Tour:
Take a narrated drive through historic Halifax on board a amphibious vehicle and then splash into the harbor for your scenic amphibious ride.
- Historic Halifax Walking Tour:
Your tour begins with a stop at Halifax's famed Public Gardens, and continues past the 200-year old Town Clock, the Metro Centre, City Hall and to Grand Parade, home to St. Paul's Anglican Church. Guests must be able to walk approximately 1 1/2 miles over even surfaces, inclines, and pathways with 10 to 20 steps. This is all done at a leisurely pace.
- Lobsters and Lighthouses Tour:
Step aboard a boat and experience first hand how lobster traps are hauled, set and baited. Your captain will then make his way past the first of 3-lighthouses you will view on this tour. Once back on dry land, you will be treated to a lobster lunch with all the trimmings.
- Fisherman's Cove Excursion Tour:
Following a 7-9 minute walk, board the Harbour Queen I for a cruise across the harbour to Fisherman's Cove, a restored 200-year old fishing village. There is a considerable amount of walking once in Fishermans Cove on gravel and pavement. All guests should be in good physical condition.
- Nova Scotia Drift Fishing Tour:
Boarding the fishing boat Summer Bay, your captain will follow the coast line before entering the Great North Atlantic in search of cod, haddock and Boston bluefish. Due to regulations, fish are not allowed to be brought back on board the cruise ship. It is recommended that guests wear a hat, soft sole shoes and sunscreen. Your tour includes a limited box lunch.
