| "Miss, would you please direct me to the café?" I had just boarded my first luxury cruise, years ago, and was asking a smiling cabin attendant for directions. |
| "Good afternoon, sir. This way, please." While I would have been happy with a smile and a point in the right direction, the young lady, without hesitation, put down the towels she was carrying, walked me down the hall, up a flight of stairs, and personally welcomed me to my destination! |
| From that moment on, I realized that luxury cruising was not just about the finest and most comfortable appointments, but also about personal service and soft touches that create a dreamlike experience. |

| Arthur Balin came to The Cruise Web because he wanted a job that complemented his interests of World travel and seeing different cultures. An avid soccer fan, Arthur has attended the Euro Cup, the World Cup and already has plans to cheer on his favorite team, Russia, in the South African World Cup. |
| In addition to traveling for soccer, Arthur has enjoyed several cruises throughout his four years working at The Cruise Web, including several luxury cruises. When he first started at the Cruise Web, he had heard that the luxury cruises were stuffy and reserved, but wanted to experience a luxury cruise for himself, so that he could better serve his clients. Well, Arthur and his wife had a wonderful time and found luxury cruising to be anything but stuffy and reserved. |
| Arthur makes his knowledge of the luxury product one of his top priorities. He takes it upon himself to experience as many of our cruise products as possible, in order to give his clients the best possible cruise recommendation. Today, Arthur prides himself on his knowledge of and experience with luxury cruising and looks forward to sharing his experiences with his clients and coworkers. |
