AmaDante

We spent a lot of time on busses. On several excursions after lengthy bus rides we only had enough time for tour and then back on bus. It would have been nice to have time to do more exploring or just having lunch at a sidewalk cafe.

This was my second AMA river cruise. The crew both times was wonderful - warm, friendly, welcoming, and always looking for ways to make you more comfortable. The passengers who choose AMA seem to also be very predictable - down to earth, friendly, real people. The tours were all fun and they make everything accessible for all abilities- "gentle" walkers, hikers, cyclists. Food was great and they can alter your menu for any issue you might have.

The staff is so friendly and attentive to every detail.

This was the first river cruise for our group of 8 friends (four couples). The whole experience far exceeded our expectations. The planning, logistics, cabins/staterooms, food, drinks, staff, countryside, excursions, activities, and every single detail were all amazing! We would highly recommend this and we are grateful we were able to experience it!

The AmaDante team were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and they clearly noticed and took care of the details to keep things running smoothly and to take care of the guests. This was our first cruise of any kind, so we weren't sure what to expect. They did a great job of keeping us informed, keeping us comfortable and well fed, and they made the travel experience very easy. As a traveler that likes to DIY it, I did think the ratio of shore time to ship time was lower than I would like. We did the pre-cruise and post-cruise extensions, which made this better. But all things considered, I would recommend AmaWaterways anytime.

I think the massage that I had was amazing, done by Vladimir, and that opportunity should have been promoted more than by just a flyer in the room. I was motivated by the reports that came back and would have probably would have done it again. I liked that there were different levels of walking groups so everyone seemed to be in their own comfort zone.
