Overview
Carnival Panorama, Carnival Cruise Line’s third Vista-class ship, is everything guests could want in a vacation. You’ll be entertained from the moment you step on board to the moment you leave. After all, where else can you ride a bike in the air around a cruise ship? Well, on Carnival Panorama, you can take a spin on the SkyRide and enjoy the most incredible view of the ship and sparkling blue sea below you. You can also race down waterslides, catch a movie in the IMAX theatre, lip sync your heart out, and so much more.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, grab a bite to eat at the numerous restaurants aboard Carnival Panorama. If you’re looking for something a little more theatrical, then Bonsai Teppanyaki is the perfect place for you. Grab fresh tacos and burritos from BlueIguana Cantina or check out what’s on the menu in the main dining hall. No matter where you go – you are guaranteed a great meal.

Despite in-person complaints and phone complaints at the service desk about the unusable internet, I only got an offer to remove my whole internet package, no promises of actual help to improve the service. Otherwise, the staff, crew, service, food, and overall experience was great. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pros: Good ship. great staff
Cons: Unbelievably sucky internet

I really enjoyed the boat. It was so clean. I appreciated all the protocols for masks so that I felt safe onboard. The staff was incredible. The food was great. The entertainment was wonderful. Our cabin attendant was I Made and he was amazing. The room was always perfectly clean. He knew our names in just minutes and always treated us so kindly. Our dining room staff was Wijaya, Santos, and Edy. They were amazing!! They always had drinks for us and the service was quick and exceptional. The bar staff was great too especially Cristina on 5 by the Ocean Plaza and Ramil on deck 10 aft. We have not gone on a cruise in many years but after this experience I can't wait to go again.
Pros: Great service. Great Entertainment. Great Food
Cons: Had to go slow so we went to Puerta Vallarta first, then had to stay there bc of hurricane, didn't go to Mazatlan, then only 1/2 day in Cabo

This cruise was awesome! We are a family of four with kids age 7 and 10. We flew into LAX a day early and spent the day at Disneyland which made for a great start to our vacation. We did not rent a car and used Lyft to get around LA. Lyft was convenient and reasonable. Long Beach check in was smooth and fast. After boarding the ship we loved every minute of our cruise. The kids especially loved the SkyZone trampoline park onboard the ship and did the glow party twice. The sports zone on deck 14 was also popular with many games of ping pong, foosball, and mini golf. We all did the SkyRide and Ropes course more than once. It is very cool and you get some pretty amazing views while doing it. We primarily ate on the lido deck which had plenty of good options. The breakfast was some of the best I have had on Carnival. Even though this ship is huge it never felt crowded nor did we ever wait a long time in line for anything. I have been on the Grand Princess and seven Fantasy class ships prior to this cruise so the Panorama was a pleasant surprise. Although I love the Fantasy class, I would put the Panorama at the top of the list. The water slides (body and tube) were cool and the water was heated making it that much more pleasant. Emma the cruise director and the fun squad were wonderful. They are full of energy and do a great job. My kids were always excited when Emma was around. Be sure not to miss the Lip Sync battle in the Liquid Lounge as it was the highlight of our cruise. We hired a water taxi to Land’s End in Cabo, did the All Inclusive Beach Resort in Mazatlan, and swam with dolphins in Puerto Vallarta all of which I highly recommend. We even saw whales in Cabo which we have always wanted to see. You will not be bored at any of these ports. We felt safe everywhere and the locals were friendly. In PV we also hired a taxi to take us around to the cathedral, Malecon, and romantic zone. Wal Mart is directly across the street from the ship so we stocked up on some snacks for our last two days at sea. This was a refreshing itinerary compared to sailing the Caribbean so don’t be afraid to book the Mexican Riviera. We would do it again!
Pros: Beautiful ship, never felt crowded, friendly staff, great itinerary, fun activities
Cons: Disembarkation takes time

I liked this cruise very much.. I had a great time all in all !!! I think this cruise would be a good starter cruise for first timers…
Pros: The ship was very nice. The service, food and crew were very nice and attentive.. My room could not have been in a better place for me, and my typical activities..!! It was quiet enough for me as well.. I enjoyed the experience, and would do it again; but I am going to the Caribbean next!!!!!
Cons: I thought the drinks were overpriced ; but I am not a big drinker anyway… I could do without the kids too , but it was not a big deal…

Sorry to say I will not ride carnival again. Thank you! The places are beautiful for the most part.
Pros: Nice time and beautiful memories! The staff for the most part on ship is lovely, not so much the luggage guys, they need to reevaluate their employees in CA.
Cons: Too many naughty kids, they vandalized one of the elevator glasses, through pizza at an elevator door. Some people do not watch their children. We are talking about teenagers here. The app is not on time for messages everyone kept missing the messages. I had a balcony this time it howled two nights with the wind. My husband found the gap in the door gasket and fixed it. The doors that separate the balcony’s rattle so much if you are a light sleeper do not get a balcony room. Not enough pools. Only two that everyone had access to the third was off limit. Too much different status segregation. This was my first and probably last carnival cruise. Not for me. Off boarding was a night mare, have you seen temple grandson? It’s like the scene of all the cows in caos elevators did not work and we had to use the stairs. Oh I almost forgot the drop off of luggage guy I am pretty sure he tore off all our name tags that were supper reenforced.

I have taken this cruise multiple times. I had a good time but am not likely to do a spring break cruise again. The ship was very crowded and check-in was ridiculous. The staff was taxed trying to serve passengers in fine dining but aftee the first 24 hours, things settled a bit. I still had a great time but I believe Carnival could have been better prepared for their passengers. Still had a good time. . ??
Pros: Friendly staff, clean ship and a variety of entertainment options
Cons: Very crowded!
