Celebrity Eclipse
In my opinion two of the ports of call were not worth it. Lerwick and Dover. In Lerwicks case,it took to long to get there for half of day on the port. Not much to see or do. In Dovers case in my opinion it was a waste of time. The trip we took, it took us longer to get there that the time we spent in town. Canterbury. They are remodeling the church,they charge a fee to get in and we were not forewarned. They also did not tell us that we had to surrender our passports to the Irish government. This was a Big Surprise to all of us. In the middle of your cruise your told, Ho by the way tomorrow you have to surrender your passport to the Irish government. It was a lot of people very upset.
Pros: Great Staff, enfacis on safe and house keeping,they are all about service
Cons: They can on improvements on their meals, the food could be of better quality. Sometimes the coffee was cold in the main dining room. Maybe they can focus more on healthy options as they only have one very limited option by the Spa with limited service.

Celebrity Eclipse
The food in the Ocean View Café never changed from day to day. It was even the same for lunch as it was for dinner. Some variety would have been nice. The dinners in the dining room at night were good, but I have had better on other cruise ships. There could have been a larger variety of shopping on board. There was very little logo wear to purchase and all of the t-shirts and sweatshirts were from destinations that the cruise did not go to. The ship had a live glass-blowing show put on by Corning Glassworks. It was very impressive to watch and the pieces that they made were auctioned off for charity at the end of the cruise.
Pros: Beautiful ship, hardworking crew, lots of activities.
Cons: Good food but not great. Same thing for the live entertainment.

Celebrity Eclipse
Overall experience was wonderfull.
Pros: Overall experience was great. Staff, food, entertainment, Tours were second to none.
Cons: Receiving luggage at end of cruise was time consuming. Preferred when luggage was sectioned in groups.

Celebrity Eclipse
We had an excellent time aboard the Eclipse. The crew was there to accommodate our every need. We consider Celebrity Cruise Lines a top notch company and we look forward to sailing with them again and again.
Pros: Clean ship, friendly crew, excellent service, good food, warm weather, clam seas, friendly breezes, an excellent time!
Cons: We can't think of anything we'd consider a "con".

Celebrity Eclipse
The Aqua class room fulfilled every thing that it advertised. The Blu restaurant was so good that our group never went anywhere else to eat for breakfast and dinner even though other options were offered at reduced rates throughout the cruise. The headwaiter took care of us that good! AMAZING!
Pros: The Celebrity Cruise team all through this cruise was fantastic. Helping out with every desire and need that I could imagine.
Cons: I had to get off the ship at the end of the 14 days.
