Overview

Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Flora was designed with one destination in mind – the breathtaking Galapagos Islands. Since she sails exclusively in Galapagos, Celebrity Flora features an outward-facing balcony so that guests can experience 360-degree views of the famous islands.

The accommodations onboard are just as fantastic as the surrounding scenery. The 100-passenger vessel gives guests a modern, luxurious experience with all-suite accommodations, personal suite attendants, new dining venues, a star-gazing platform, and more!

Since Celebrity Flora was designed specifically for the Galapagos, it is one of the most energy-efficient ships visiting the islands. Celebrity Flora has a 15% reduction in fuel consumption and the equivalent in fewer air emissions. Conservation of the Galapagos is a top priority for Celebrity Flora, which is why it features anchorless technology that keeps the ship in place while protecting the delicate sea floor. Guests will also be able to participate in educational seminars about the Galapagos given by ecological experts, and then return home fully prepared to be advocates for the conservation of the Galapagos Islands.

Explore the Galapagos Islands aboard Celebrity Flora to experience the unique species that only live on the islands, while traveling in the ultimate luxury.

Pros: Great experience in Galapagos. All well done on the cruise

Cons: Stateroom design flaws: shortage of plugs to power anything; crazy bathroom glass wall that lights up the entire stateroom

I have and will continue to recommend this trip to anyone who will listen. Every detail was taken care of and there were no hiccups whatsoever!

Pros: Everything was amazing including the land tour to Peru!

Cons: Opera singers in Cusco dinner. It was too loud for table conversations.

Try to get a suite on the starboard side or deck 6 so you don’t hear and feel the anchor dropping early in the morning.

Pros: Everything was incredible. Superb service. You feel so special and the staff really cares.

Cons: Our room was right above the anchor so we could hear it when they dropped the anchor.

Awesome ship. Great crew. Don’t bother with the glamping, not really worth it. Have at least one dinner Under the Stars (deck 7). They keep the A/C turned cold in the dining room, so you’ll want to adjust for breakfast and dinner. Might be one of the most expensive ways to see Galápagos, but Flora delivers.

Pros: Super attentive staff and naturalists

Cons: Showers drain slowly

A truly wonderful ship. No bad cabins and excellent facilities, max 100 guests. Purpose built for the ultimate Galapagos cruise. All staff and crew outstanding. Not cheap but worth the expense.

Pros: Very personal service, and total luxury..

Cons: Some might find the ship a bit small to their usual cruise experience.

Beautiful ship built for the Galapagos. Naturalist were great, offerring their knowledge about the flora, fauna, and geology of the region. The food was not your standard Celebrity menu as the menu items are locally sourced. At your direction, wait staff filled your plates at the buffet and walked them to your table. Wetsuits and snorkel gear are assigned to each person for the duration of the cruise.

Pros: Small ship; happy staff; clean; roomy suites; elevator; espresso machine; great zodiacs

Cons: Limited programming after 9 PM
