EXPLORA III marks the next chapter for the fleet: the first LNG-powered ship to join Explora Journeys, reflecting the brand's ongoing transition toward lower-emission ocean travel. She is also RINA DOLPHIN certified for reduced underwater noise and carries no single-use plastics onboard or ashore.
Larger than her sister ships, she offers 461 ocean-front suites (five more than her predecessors), a seventh restaurant, and an entirely new interpretation of the Owner's Residence designed by acclaimed architect Patricia Urquiola.
Exclusive to EXPLORA III and EXPLORA IV are the Shore Club, the Chef's Table, and The Cellar — new culinary and wine concepts that deepen the onboard experience.
She was named by godmother Cristina Ozores, a Mediterranean marine educator and conservationist with more than two decades dedicated to inspiring ocean stewardship.
