Eurodam
We always felt safe on the Eurodam. Though it rained most of the trip, there was enough entertainment and activities to occupy our time onboard. The food was the best at the Lido Market and the service was top notched. Our stewards, Ardi and Albert, made our cruise fantastic and they answered all our questions. They earned the highest recognition and compensation possible. The food was great, but more seafood (shrimp and crab) options is preferred.
Pros: Very friendly and attentive stewards, Ardi and Albert, provided dependable service for every request and they remembered our names even though they had many guests to serve. Elise in the Lido Sweet Shop remembered our names and what we liked. Our state room was on the main deck level 1 where the swaying motion was minimized. The evening shows were awesome and family friendly.
Cons: The shower hose connection in state room 1126 leaked, but only when the water was turned on.

Eurodam
The staff of the Eurodam did another amazing job of providing everything we needed, and always with a smile. The food, entertainment, and ports of call were some of the best we have had.
Pros: Best staff, great food, variety of entertainment, best captain
Cons: Port of Charlottetown was difficult to find shore excursion group

Eurodam
Thermal pool and heated lounges were not managed well. Passengers did not adhere to 20 minute time limits so other passengers were unable to enjoy. This was an extra paid service. Staff would not intervene.
Pros: Smaller ship and great entertainment!

This voyage confirmed my choice of the Eurodam as my favorite HAL ship!
Pros: Lovely decor, wonderful staff, Tamarind Restaurant!
Cons: The single supplement is too large! Discrimination against single travelers!

Eurodam
The Eurodam did not disappoint on our third journey aboard this ship. We loved our room steward; the food quality in the main dining room and specialty restaurants was excellent; and the shows were varied and entertaining.
Pros: Loved the staff, the food, the ports of call, and the entertainment.
