Island Princess
Connections of flights were great. Hotel rooms were very good, except the room in Vancover the carpet was old and worn. Our room in Denali had paint peeling off the ceiling and the pillow case had blood all over it and the front desk wasn't concerned about it at all. Other than that everyone was very accommodating.
Pros: Staff were great on ship. Luggage and scooter taken care of always. Had a great cruise and land tour. Food was very good.
Cons: No plug-ins in bathroom. Sat over wing during flight from Minneapolis to Vancover. To far back on the ship. Couldn't hear announcements in your room on ship.

Everybody was very well trained and professional.All smiles and courteous and promptly responded to my every requests. Truly top notch services. I will return for another cruise when I need one.

Island Princess
We met some wonderful people, both crew and passengers. The Christmas celebration was filled with fun and warmth. Santa made a special appearance on Christmas eve by climbing down a smoke stack. New Years was marred by some bad weather but all the celebrations were quickly moved indoors and enjoyed by many. Had a great time!
Pros: Very friendly crew, lots of holiday touches
Cons: Ship is getting a little old and needs some refurbishing

Island Princess
We love Princess and would not use any other cruise line. Our Travel Agent is the best and together it made for a wonderful trip.
Pros: Everything - excellent service, clean, organized, happy times.
Cons: Paying $2.00 for a bottle of water and the Internet access cost was excessive.
