Pros: The crew is absolutely wonderful. The entertainment is engaging and the performers are so talented. The spa staff are knowledgable and easy to work with. There is so much to do (or not) that you can be as active or restful as you want. Wheel House Bar.. great place to hang out. The size of the balcony cabin was large relative to other ships I have been on.
Cons: The food in the main dining rooms was served exquisitely, but overall the food itself was mediocre. The size of the bathroom in the balcony cabin was rather small. I can think of no other con.

Pros: The ship was immaculate. There was entertainment for every interest. The food variety of food was exceptional.

Cruise and Princess excursion were great. All of the staff, entertainment and food on the ship were great. Cruise itself was a 10-10. Only problem we encountered was getting off. We had planned on using the luggage transfer from the ship direct to the airport, but was told we didn’t sign up in time. This service is offered if you have a 12pm or later flight. Our flight was 1:30 so that wasn’t a problem. We never received any info from Princess as to when we could sign up. Tried to sign up on the 3rd day and was told I didn’t do so in time. Should have done this on the first day or I think you may be able to sign up online. Our luggage was almost impossible to find once off the ship. It was not located where the tags listed and received no help finding it. It you have a quick flight do not let you luggage out of you sight. Also use the airport luggage transfer if you have a flight after 12pm and either sign up onboard ASAP or do so online before getting on the ship.
Pros: Great ports, excellent ship, wonderful staff
Cons: Disembarkation was a nightmare

We were a bit skeptical to take a cruise. But we ended up very impressed with the entire experience. The onboarding/ embarkation process was a bit hectic in Seattle, but once we were finally on board, things went very smoothly the rest of the trip. The Royal Princess staff were incredibly helpful in every possible area. Our steward was fantastic--room was always clean and comfortable. Also, the amount of activities, events and shows offered were quite good. Sometimes the service was a bit slow--but there are thousands of people on the ship, so I hesitate to complain about that. The food, overall, was pretty good. Plenty of options. The buffet can get a bit hectic but it's huge. The sit down restaurants were solid. Not saying everything was perfect, but we had no complaints. We booked one excursion through Princess. We booked 3 excursions separately. But I think next time it's just easier to use Princess to book excursions. I don't think the cost is that much different. In closing, great trip and experience. We are definitely interested in taking another cruise in the future.
Pros: Great staff. Very hard working across the board.
