Enchantment of the Seas
Really enjoyed cruising with Royal Caribbean! Mark, the cruise director, did a great job! Very entertaining! We wished we would have known about the photo book that was available at the beginning of the cruise, would have had more pictures taken to put in the book we ordered!!!
Pros: Friendly staff and crew, great food and service! Nice stateroom, ship was beautiful!!
Cons: Location of our stateroom, under the party deck

Enchantment of the Seas
The professional and helpful quality of all the staff / crew was fantastic, the shows at night were very high quality ( much better than I expected) Nice room and the ship was well cared for Only slight downgrade was in the quality of the food, particularly the proteins. Appetizers and salads were very good, also the desserts, but the entrees were often over done and the meats not tender . Last night my wife and I ordered lobster and both of ours was way way over cooked and not flavorful. The food serving staff was excellent at all time
Pros: Over all quality of staff and treatment
Cons: Food was good not great

Enchantment of the Seas
I had a fantastic time and Royal Caribbean offered a top-notch experience. I would recommend that you stay away from shopping in the Bahamas. The sales staff on the islands are uncomfortably aggressive and you will be overcharged unless you haggle.

Enchantment of the Seas
Overall the vacation was great!! The staff at Boleros was wonderful. The late night shows were so funny!
Pros: Staff was awesome and lines were pretty small.
Cons: Bathrooms were a little small and the pools were really full.

Loved Coco Cay. Staff was excellent!
Pros: Staff everywhere and always helpful. Very clean and lots of fun.
Cons: None except trying to find my room every time I left it; probably my fault.
