Overview
Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas is the third in the line’s Oasis-class of cruise ships, and the first to feature a top-deck waterpark with three big twisting waterslides. Harmony of the Seas provides access to unique public spaces, including the popular Central Park with live plants and grass, as well as the buzzing Royal Promenade, Vitality at Sea Spa, and more. Harmony of the Seas also takes advantage of the latest and greatest tech to provide one of the most modern cruising experiences in the world. Harmony of the Seas
Kids club needs to be re done. It is very boring compared to shops with newer updates. Staff is great but kids found it disappointing. Elevators and sea days felt very crowded with little if any room at pools. Deck 10 hallway starboard side smelled very musty, they really should address that. Overall wonderful ship. The staff is always so wonderful and really makes the cruise special. We really enjoyed having two connecting balcony rooms for a family of 5! Lots of activities and amenities to keep the whole family happy.
Pros: Beautiful well kept ship with amazing staff, lots of amenities, activities and dinning options.
Cons: Crowded sea days, very musty smelling hallway, crowded elevators, kids club is dated, poor set up

Harmony of the Seas
We had a wonderful trip for our first cruise. We will definitely go on this ship again. 78 nationalities of the people on our cruise and we loved the diversity and cultures from all over the world. We met many interesting people. Fitness center and spa were exceptional and the entertainment on board was fantastic. We did not buy the WiFi package and so I couldn’t print our boarding passes. I had to go to the service area and get help to retrieve them. I also suggested they set up something onboard so people could just print a boarding pass without paying for the WiFi.
Pros: Wonderful ship, food, entertainment, fitness/spa. Something for everyone every minute of the day
Cons: Excessive tipping beyond what we had prepaid. Also stay stay inside the gated area near the port of Falmouth Haimica because we felt it was a little unsafe beyond the gates unless you have a planned excursion

Most amazing ship ever, so much to do and see, so many restaurants, bars, clubs. Largest ship at sea but never crowded. One week on her does not allow one to experience everything she has to offer. Bravo Royal Caribbean!

The ship is beautiful. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Our balcony room was beautifully done in different shades of gray with a nice size balcony for three of us.

Everything was amazing!! Rico and Vladimir did an amazing job serving us our meals. Nancy took care of our stateroom and not only was she hardworking but she was such a pure joy. We actually looked forward to seeing her every day. She is an exceptional employee and should be given some sort of promotion for her workmanship. It is not often that companies have employees of her caliber. She is exceptional and should be rewarded for it!! We were in staterooms 12611 & 12613 on the Harmony of the Seas from 2/17/18-2/24/18. Again...NANCY should be rewarded!!

Liked the expanded food choices we had last year. We would have liked to stay in San Juan longer.
Pros: Great service in our stateroom and main dining room!!!
