ms Inspire for Tauck

This was our first Tauck tour, and our first European river cruise. Everything exceeded our expectations. The ship was beautiful, our room was outstanding, and the tours and activities were memorable. The best part, however, was the outstanding crew. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. In particular, they were extraordinarily accommodating of dietary issues that one of us has; they adjusted menus and preparations specifically for this guest, and the entire dining room and kitchen staff knew and care about the situation. We heard this from others as well. We have no Recommendations to make, other than to hope that Tauck is paying its outstanding staff what they are worth.

Our Rhine River/Oktoberfest cruise was our 3rd Tauck river cruise. We have previously enjoyed 2 Danube River cruises with Tauck. Prague to Budapest in 2016 and Budapest to Bucharest in 2018. On all 3 river cruises, the staff on the ships is simply amazing. So incredibly friendly and attentive. Within 2 days, they remember your name, food and drink preferences. And speaking of the food, it rivals that which is served in the finest restaurants. If you have never done a river cruise, I highly recommend it. So much more intimate than an ocean cruise on a ship with 3,000+ passengers. Such a relaxing way to truly “see” various countries as you meander down the river of your choice.

Our first abroad trip exceeded our expectations. Ship is beautiful well appointed with spacious cabins. The staff knew our names and preferences within 2 days. The tour guides were knowledgeable and endeavored to gain us the best view, location, or position each and every time. The food was perfectly proportioned and delicious with an accent on our location. We appreciated "all inclusive"! Cruising was a great introduction to Europe with out the hassle of packing and un packing. We enjoyed meeting new people and experiencing new activities.

This was a great trip. The tour directors were always available to help and the local guides very knowledgeable. The accommodations were first class. Tauck has every detail well planned.

We suggested more time to visit Koblentz. Amazing experience for our grandsons (ages 11 and 9)

Given the river conditions, Tauck did not disappoint us.
