Viking Venus cruise Feb 20-March 8, 2025 was a once in a lifetime experience. The ship’s staff is fantastic. Food choices were delicious. Especially appreciated their efforts to provide delicious gluten free options. Stateroom was beautifully maintained. Really enjoyed the nights the upper deck lights were turned off so we could star gaze. Enrichment speakers provided an additional level of appreciation for what we experienced on excursions.
Pros: Food, Service, Ship, Excursions, Extras
Cons: Smaller ship means rocky seas may affect travelers sometimes.

A great trip. Viking and our agent worked hard to change our reservation to get us to Norway. Best staff on any Viking cruise ever. Fantastic time despite not seeing “ Lights “ and travel problems.
Pros: Has changed or added small additions to construction of the Venud
Cons: Cost of trip. Not seeing Aurora B. And taking two days of travel to board ship just before it left Bergen.

Expeditions provided by Viking were informative, and for the most part enjoyable.
Pros: Ship is exceptional outfitted, staff is professional and very friendly, making the entire experience refreshing and enjoyable
Cons: Not Vikings fault but the planned destination of Israel was cancelled due to the War. However the additional destination of Malta was very enjoyable.

Wonderful trip as always. Love the small ships. The crew & staff are amazing. They are always happy & greeting the passengers. The our cabin was spotless with nice fluffy pillows. I made a comment to my steward that I was coming down with a cold. He put on a new pillow case for me. He also noticed I had a Cpap machine. He said he would make sure I had distilled water every day. I have gluten intolerance. The dining staff made sure to ensure my concerns were met & seemed happy to make them come true. I love Viking!!
