It was a great experience that I will never forget. I will definitely recommend Princess Cruise lines to anyone taking this or any other Cruise.
Pros: Awesome food, Pleasant & friendly staff, Great excursions
Cons: Lido deck slippery when wet; wife fell on ceramic tile during cruise, but is doing much better now

GLAD I TOOK YOUR ADVISED, I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. I WAS SEARCHING FOR A MARRIOTT HOTEL, SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO RETURN SO SOON. THE AIR IN ALASKA GLAICERS IS CLEAN, e.g. WHEN YOU SUCK ON A PEPPERMENT AND INHALE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SHIP WAS ABOVE BOARD. ALASKA BEAUTY IS BREATHTAKING.
Pros: PUNCTUAL.
Cons: UNABLE TO TAKE PHOTO WITH CAPTAIN.

Awesome trip! This is one cruise you have to do. The scenery is unbelieveable. Only negative for me is not enough time in ports to do excursions & enjoy the individual ports. I would do this cruise again!!

Crown Princess
This was mine and my husbands first cruise. It is certain we will be taking another cruise next year. This time we plan on bring the whole family.
Pros: Very attentive from bartenders to servers. They have such great attitudes and wonderful personalities.
Cons: Not enough music in the Piazza. It was one of the last nights and my husband and I were having some drinks. We did not feel like going to a bar. We sat there for 2 hours. That whole time there was no entertainment.

Crown Princess
This was a great cruise. The Crown Princess is a great ship and it has plenty of entertainment and activities for the time at sea. There are a lot of excursions to choose from in the different ports. I enjoyed all of mine. The time at the Ketchikan and Victoria ports was too short, not to mention that the Victoria port was at night. I would have preferred to skip the Victoria port to have more time in Ketchikan.
Pros: See multiple areas of Alaska while being pampered onboard

Crown Princess
There was not enough time in port, if you had planned an excursion. One example was our excursion in Ketchikan took the entire port time and we did not get to visit the city or its shops at all.
Pros: Ship was big enough to handle its large capacity. The crew were friendly, with the exceptions of 1-2 and interested in making sure you were satisfied.
Cons: On Thursday, which was a sailing day, they did not have enough activities planned, except for those involving 'sales pitches'. A couple of times the activities indicated on the Princess Patter were not conducted without explanation.
