Ruby Princess
Our family of 8 enjoyed this 11-day cruise round trip from San Francisco. The service was great and the staff was most attentive to our two young granddaughters. We passed a Disney ship, and I wondered what that would be like. Someone told me the service towards children was much better on Princess. I had to agree that our little granddaughters were treated so very well. We picked out excursions that were perfect for them, and had a blast. Each port also had a park, so we made a point of walking to one.
Pros: Fun ports, Clean Ship, Friendly & Caring Staff

Ruby Princess
We were first time cruisers and cannot say enough good about this entire experience! It was the most relaxing way to travel and see so many different places. One of the best parts was not having to live out of a suit case. You unpack once. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. We are already booked for another cruise in 2018!
Pros: Can't say enough good about this entire experience!
Cons: Dress code too strict for the dining rooms. Dress shorts should be allowed.

Overall trip was excellent! Crew well organized and very professional. Food exceptional for serving over 3,000 people!
Pros: Lovely accommodations, great Steward, excellent food and entertainment, friendly staff, good shopping, clean ship!
Cons: Not enough room at theaters for evening performances, many complaints re plumbing. Balcony slider door would not stay latched during rough weather conditions.

Delicious food, nice cabin, impressed with our waiters and room stewards. Loved the 2 musical shows in the showroom. Ports and weather good. Excited to cruise again with Princess.
