We only missed the glaciers because the captain had to slow our seed to keep the ship as calm as possible. The captain and his crew did a wonderful job.

Even though the weather was cooler and rainy most of the trip we still were able to do everything we had planned. We saw all the different wildlife except for a bear. We did get to see Mt. Denali for about an hour before the clouds came back in. Princess cruise is very efficient with there time they got you on and off the ship quickly for how many people are on the ships. All the staff was great and very polite. The use of the medallion was great everyone knew who you were and what package you had, it also unlocked your cabin door when you got close. We had a mini suite cabin it was plenty big for 3. It also had a nice patio. Room service was fast, dining rooms were very nice. It was mostly in the mid to upper 40’s so we did not use the pools. Overall very nice.
Pros: Princess had everything ready for us. All the details of what we were doing and times at each location. Everything was on time and extremely well organized.
Cons: The only con that could be called a con was when on land was that you had to get up early to put your luggage out for pickup.

Great organization and service! Great food and kind staff! Farai, waiter in the Savoy was so friendly, funny, kind and gracious!! Jude on deck 14 was great Ronald in Sabatini was a great server! Janis was kind and great too in Sabatini
Pros: Very organized cruise line both on the land portion as well as the cruise itself! You can tell they encourage great hospitality skills in their training! Most everyone was terrific!
