Pros: Ship is very clean. Ship operations are very efficient. Casino is very roomy and non smoking casino away from the main casino is a big plus.
Cons: I have no cons, Ship was a very pleasant experience.

Four issues: I was not familiar with how the elevators worked so the first half hour on the ship was frustrating. We couldn't figure out how to get to the our muster location. The elevator system is great once you know how it works, but there is no initial instruction. It would have been helpful to know that I could park my rental scooter outside of my room at any hour of the night and then call housekeeping to pick it up for charging. However, even had I known this, I would not have been able to physically reach the telephone which I discovered was hidden on the far side of the room. Lastly, I had a handicapped accessible room, but I didn't feel safe. The toilet seat was too low without a grab bar and it was very difficult to step over the threshold to enter and leave the bathroom without a grab bar. Lastly, you should make clear the places that are NOT a part of the drinks package - the the Starbucks on Deck 5. There was no way to know. It's not fair that we were charged fees for their specialty drinks.
Pros: Upbeat and helpful staff; the patience and sometimes humour, exhibited by gangway staff; wonderful food; great shows; the elevator system; the balloon tire wheelchairs on CocoCay
Cons: Handicap issues: low toilet seat in stateroom; low chairs in stateroom; a safety hazzard entrance and exit from the bathroom without a grab bar;

Thank you for making one of my dreams come true. I would just like to take this time to think the staff you guys were so kind and went above.
